Here you can find answers to Frequently Asked Questions

  1. How do I buy an Original?

I create many original pieces throughout the year. Many of these pieces are released in collections on my website. These releases and any available work will be advertised before hand via social media and my mailing list.

  2. Can I Set Up a Payment Plan?

Absolutely! I realize not everyone can lay down a huge amount of money for an original all at once. A payment plan is a great option to pay it off a little at a time and in the end, you get an original work of art you can keep forever.

Here is an example of how I set up a payment plan:

    • You contact me with your information and what piece you are interested in. Payment plans are only available for original works.

    • Like my commission fees, there is a down payment of $50 or 1/4 of the original price, which is non-refundable. If you need to back out of the payment plan, this covers my expenses.

    • After that, we agree on a set amount that will be paid monthly through my Etsy shop. A Reserved Listing will be set up with your name and artwork, which you can access every month until the piece is completely paid off.

    • Once the artwork is paid off, I will arrange for you to receive your new work!

If you have any questions, feel free to email me.

  3. Prints of Originals

All reproductions are Giclee reproductions and are created through a printing company I have used for many years.  They are printed on Archival Matte paper and can be matted, framed, or hung on their own.  Prints are an excellent option if you want a bit of art for your space, but an original is unavailable or is not in your price range at the moment.

  4. Shipping

    Originals:

    • Original paintings are packaged tightly and carefully in order to ensure your original gets to you safe and sound.

    • All artwork is wrapped in paper, padded extremely well, and sent in a well-fitting sturdy cardboard box.

    • Most original paintings will ship via UPS and original collages will ship via USPS. Most packages arrive within 7 days (domestic) from time of shipping (includes tracking & insurance). International shipments will be sent via USPS or other carrier. International buyers, please note that shipping charges may vary from the amount you pay at checkout. Please email me with questions or to get an estimate.

Please note that the larger the original, the higher the shipping cost will be. My priority is to protect the work so it can be enjoyed by you for years to come.

    Prints:

    • All prints are handled with the utmost care; packaged beautifully in paper or plastic sleeve.

    • Prints 12x16 and smaller are mailed in a sturdy flat mailer. If you are interested in a print of a larger size, please contact me.

    • Shipped via USPS 1st Class Mail or Priority Mail (usually arrives within 1-3 days within the US)

    International Shipments

    • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight and distance. If there is any discrepancy -/+ we will let you know via email.

    • International packages are a bit outside of my control. Boarder fees, duties, and handling fees may be charged by other countries. Tracking is also quite unreliable with international shipments.

Shipping costs cover fees, packaging supplies, time, labor, and storage.

  5. Can I Pick up artwork at your studio?

Of course!  If you are within driving distance of my studio area in Greenville, South Carolina, I highly encourage you to pick up your original artwork in person in order to forgo those sometimes expensive shipping fees. When purchasing your artwork, include in the notes section that you would like to have a STUDIO PICKUP and we will work out a time to meet via email.  Please note this only available for originals or unusual circumstances. Also, my studio hours tend to vary due to other responsibilities, but we can make it work.

  6. Returns

Every order, commission, and sale is handled with care and as much clarity and transparency as possible.  My hope is that you will be completely in love with the work you purchased. Because of this, all sales are final except in certain situations.
Please take the time to read descriptions carefully and the check colors on multiple screens if you are concerned about color variations.  I try my best to represent the colors and tones in my work honestly and clearly.
